From hang-drying to fabric softener preferences, FlyCleaners is here to make sure your laundry is done your way, with no hassle. And to keep ourselves accountable for your personal items, we’ve introduced new tracking technology to tag every pickup and carefully manage where your order is at all times. If your clothes don’t arrive looking and smelling exactly like you want them to, we want to hear about it.

From requesting a FlyCleaners pickup with the push of a button on your phone to having your items picked up in about 30 minutes, FlyCleaners strives to make cleaning your clothes a seamless experience. We’ll cater to your schedule, come straight to your door (even your 6th floor walk-up), and are almost always available - 6am to midnight every day of the week.

Recognizing how valuable your time is, our Service Guarantee* promises that:

  • We’ll always be on time
  • Your laundry order will always be ready when it’s supposed to

In the rare case we can’t meet this standard, you’ll automatically receive a $5 credit from us.
