Summary

We are a service industry and our customers are trusting us with their personal belongings which is why we are searching high and low for the best of the best. You will work directly with our customers in a fast paced environment and will communicate with our FlyGuys and FlyGuides who are out in the field ensuring we are meeting our customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional support through email, phone, and chat.
  • Approach everything you do with a sense of urgency and impeccable quality ensuring that the customer experience is always our number one focus.
  • You’re technically savvy and will master all of our internal tools
  • Communicate! We only get better when we work together.
Requirements
  • Driven and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
  • Eloquent speaking and writing skills. Clear and concise.
  • A technical wiz
  • Embodies empathy and has the ability to mesh well with anyone from anywhere
  • A strong work ethic with a get the job done attitude
  • Loves solving puzzles leaving no clue behind
  • Flexible and adaptable both to internal changes and our schedule
  • 1+ yr Customer Support experience within Technology, E-commerce or App.
  • 2+ yrs Customer Support experience within all other fields.
  • Sense of humor goes a long way with this team!
Good to know
  • We are located in Manhattan near Madison Sq Park and are moving to a brand new office in the same location, very soon.
  • Snacks galore in case you need a pick me up
  • Intermingle with departments throughout the company. They are all just as passionate and hard working as we are!
  • We offer support to our customers 7 days a week until 10pm and are looking for FT or PT candidates to join our team.
About FlyCleaners

Your life is modern, sleek and humming along but when it comes to cleaning your clothes, it's still the same old process. We built FlyCleaners to make your life easier via a few simple swipes of our app. You will gain back your personal time in no time. No more wasting away at the laundromat or rushing home to get to the cleaners just to find they are closed.

Since November of 2014 FlyCleaners has been providing "at your door" service, usually within 30 minutes. Our customers are able to schedule instant pickups and deliveries, set up their preferences, check on the status of their clothes and review their orders all through their smartphone.
